Website Usage

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may update, suspend, or remove features at any time.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email, and a contract is formed once we accept and begin processing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, where an item is mispriced, unavailable, or where we suspect fraud) and to refund any amount already charged in those cases.

Payments

Prices are shown in the listed currency and are payable in full at checkout. You confirm that any payment method you use is your own and that you are authorized to use it. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully authorized.

Product Customization

Many of our products are made to your specification. Because each build is personalized:

• Custom orders enter production only after your approval of the configuration and order details.
• You are responsible for reviewing all order details, including platform, design, finishes, and upgrades, before completing your purchase.
• Personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold by us, which affects return eligibility.
• Custom artwork and personalization are customer-specific and produced on your instruction.

Intellectual Property

All site content, including logos, designs, photography, and text, is owned by GameCosmos or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. If you submit artwork or a personalization request, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us the limited right to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including shipping details and customization instructions, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameCosmos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Fraud Prevention

We use industry-standard tools to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Orders flagged as high-risk may be held for verification or cancelled and refunded. Submitting false information or using an unauthorized payment method is prohibited.

Chargeback Abuse Prevention

If you have an issue with an order, please contact our support team first at gamecosmos00@gmail.com. Most concerns are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. We document production, shipping, and customer communications for every order, and we may use these records to dispute invalid or fraudulent chargebacks. Confirmed chargeback abuse may result in refusal of future service.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute directly and in good faith. If we can’t, the parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation before pursuing other remedies. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at GameCosmos’ place of business.
