International Orders, Customs & Import Duties
Game Cosmos ships worldwide. Before you order from outside our domestic shipping region, please review how customs charges, import duties, and taxes are handled — by completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Worldwide Shipping
Game Cosmos ships worldwide; however, customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, value-added taxes (VAT), tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country, customs authority, or shipping carrier.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs charged by Game Cosmos.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Paying all import duties and taxes
- Complying with local import regulations
- Providing any documentation required by customs authorities
Refused or Unpaid Charges
Refusal to pay customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges does not qualify an order for cancellation, return, refund, or chargeback.
If a package is refused, abandoned, destroyed, returned to sender, or seized due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, Game Cosmos shall not be responsible for any resulting losses, shipping costs, customs charges, or damages.
Refunds on International Orders
Any refunds approved under these circumstances shall be issued only after the product has been successfully returned to Game Cosmos and may be reduced by return shipping costs, customs fees, payment processing fees, and the applicable twenty-five percent (25%) Inspection, Restocking, and Restoration Fee.
