Short — one sentence

GameCosmos builds custom PS5, Xbox and Nintendo controllers to order on genuine OEM hardware, hand-assembling and testing each one before it ships.

Long — one paragraph

GameCosmos is a build-to-order custom controller workshop. It designs its own faceplates and artwork in-house and assembles every controller by hand on genuine OEM hardware, across PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo platforms. Alongside the artwork it fits performance hardware — Hall Effect thumbsticks, mouse-click triggers, back buttons, metal D-pads and precision grip caps — and publishes open technical guides explaining how those components work, including where they do not help. Nothing leaves the workshop untested.

Controller technology

The five hardware upgrades that can be fitted during a build.

Hall Effect thumbsticks
Magnetic sensors with no wiper and no resistive track, so the mechanism that causes stick drift is not present.
Mouse-click triggers
Short-travel microswitch triggers that actuate on a click rather than a full pull.
Back buttons
Remappable rear paddles, so face-button inputs can be made without leaving the sticks.
Metal D-pad
A machined directional pad in place of the moulded original.
Precision grip caps
Replacement thumbstick caps in alternative heights and profiles.

How a controller is made

  1. 1Order confirmedEvery order is reviewed and confirmed within 1 to 2 business days.
  2. 2Built by handThe controller is assembled to order over 3 to 7 business days on genuine OEM hardware.
  3. 3TestedNothing leaves the workshop until it has passed a full functional check.
  4. 4Shipped2 to 5 business days within the United States, 7 to 15 business days internationally.

Shipping within the United States is free with no minimum spend. Builds carry a 60-day limited warranty; Switch Lite consoles and Hall Effect sticks carry 90 days. Because every controller is made to order, sales are final — the warranty, not a return window, is the customer protection. Full terms: shipping and warranty.

Imagery and review units

Imagery. Product and workshop photography is available on request. It is not published here as a download pack because usage rights have not yet been formalised, and we would rather send you images we can confirm you are free to run than publish a folder with implied permissions. Tell us what you need and the format you need it in.

Review units. We are open to sending controllers to reviewers. If we do, the unit is yours to keep, there is no requirement to publish anything, no requirement that a review be positive, and no approval over what you write. You should disclose that the unit was supplied, as your jurisdiction requires.
