Shipping Policy
Because each controller is made to order, your timeline includes both production and shipping. Here is what to expect.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and confirmed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and scheduled for production.
Production Times
Custom controllers are hand-assembled and quality-checked. Most builds are completed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the configuration and current order volume. More complex personalization may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.
Shipping Estimates
Once your controller ships, typical delivery windows are 2 to 5 business days domestically and 7 to 15 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates, but we will always keep you informed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If your tracking has not updated in a few days, contact us and we will look into it.
Delays and Lost Packages
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If a package appears lost or stuck in transit, reach out and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
