While I cannot comment on the controller’s quality because it never arrived, the seller’s customer service was outstanding. The delivery issue was completely out of their control, and they were incredibly quick to issue a refund. Even though it was well past the 30-day window, they were honest, respectful, and helpful instead of ignoring my request. I highly recommend this company and will definitely order from them again.
