While I did not engage customer service for this item, my only issue was that the D-pad contacts were off, leading to having to depress the D-pad buttons excessively to get input. This was evidenced as soon as I touched the D-pad, and was immediately blatantly obvious. Personally I haven’t owned a controller that I haven’t opened and modified myself, so this was an easy DIY fix. However, this was a miss for quality control that should have been an easy catch and fixed on site before shipping to me. Otherwise, the controller is in excellent condition, and is crafted very well. The miss on such an obvious quality control issue is the only reason this isn’t a 5 star review. I am certain the seller would have rectified the issue, but the issue was so obvious that it should have been caught before it was shipped.
