I am over the moon with the customer service they have provided I asked if they can sell me just the faceplate because my girlfriend loves loves naruto, and they went out of their way and changed the listing on their product to sell just the faceplate for me Very polite, very accomadating and very professional 👏 And their products are great quality The only issue i had was the xbox button sticks a bit when pressing it down but it doesnt jam at all, the hole size is bit smaller than the original face plate could be due to the custom paint job, this could be seen as knick picky but other than that id buy more off them regardless!!! Highly recommend them to anyone wanting their awesome products
