Are these built with genuine OEM internals?
Yes. Every controller uses genuine first-party internals, so it performs and pairs exactly like the original, just upgraded.
What is Hall Effect and do I need it?
Hall Effect thumbsticks use magnetic sensors instead of physical contacts, which removes the contact wear that causes drift. If you have ever had drift, it is the single best upgrade you can add.

How long does a custom controller take?
Most builds are assembled and quality-checked within a few business days, then shipped worldwide with tracking.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every build is backed by a warranty and real human support from people who know the hardware.
Can I customize my controller?
Our designs are exclusive and made in-house, so the shells, buttons and artwork all come ready-made by us. What you customize is the upgrades, like Hall Effect sticks, back paddles and mouse-click triggers, and we hand-assemble each controller in the order it is purchased.
