Returns & Refund Policy
Because our controllers are made to order, returns work a little differently than mass-produced electronics. This policy is designed to be fair to you and to us.
Cancellations Before Production
You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before production begins. Custom builds are scheduled shortly after your order is confirmed, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your configuration.
Cancellations After Production Has Started
Once a custom controller has entered production, cancellation eligibility may be limited because parts have been allocated and personalized work has begun. If you reach out after production starts, we will review your request and let you know what options are available, which may include a partial refund depending on the stage of your build.
Defective or Damaged Products
Every controller is tested before it ships, but if your order arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We will review and resolve it appropriately, typically through a repair, replacement, or refund where warranted.
Non-Defective Custom Products
Because personalized controllers are built specifically for you and cannot be resold, non-defective custom products may not qualify for standard returns or change-of-mind refunds. This is standard for made-to-order goods. We encourage you to review your configuration carefully before purchase, and we are happy to answer any questions beforehand.
How to Start a Request
Email our support team or use our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days for the funds to appear after we process them.
