Warranty Policy

Every GameCosmos controller is assembled and quality-checked by hand, and backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers, for a period of 60 days from delivery, manufacturing defects (components that fail under normal use due to a fault in materials or production) and workmanship issues (problems resulting from our assembly, such as a loose or misaligned part that was present on arrival).

What Is Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, liquid exposure, or misuse.
  • Normal cosmetic wear from regular use, including finish wear on grips and thumbsticks over time.
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications made after delivery.

How to Make a Claim

Email our support team with your order number, describe the issue, and include clear photos or a short video showing the problem. Our team will review your claim, usually within two business days, and explain the next steps.

Resolution

Where a claim is approved, we will repair or replace the affected controller, or provide an equivalent remedy. If a replacement is no longer available in your exact configuration, we will work with you on the closest alternative.
